Ok friends I have a one day challenge for you.
For one day. 24 hours.
1. Drink 100 ounces of plain ole tap water replacing all sodas, teas, fruits juices, milks or alcohol.
2. Eat no added sugar. Which includes adding sugar to anything..coffee etc. No candy, ice cream, desserts, cakes, cookies, brownies etc. Plain black coffee is fine to drink..stick with one cup no more than 8 ounces.
3. Eat no chips, no fried foods, no fast foods.
Just one day.
Can you do it?
Believe in yourself because you can do it!
