Here's another workout for you gym haters...mom as that workout during nap time....anyone that travels and doesn't have gym access.
When you have done This workout for 6 weeks or so and feel you are ready to advance try this intermediate workout.
Intermediate workout
15 boy push-ups on your toes
50 crunches
50 squats
25 walking lunges
20 each way....Band walk all ways..front back left side right side...
25 tricep kickbacks using tube
25 bicep curls using tube
25 rows using tube around bottoms of feet seated position
5 jumping squats
5 jumping lunges
Do this routine 3x through
***please note that tubes and bands can easily slip off bottoms of shoes....be careful***
