Beginner - 3x through as time allows
20 girl style push-ups (on knees)
30 crunches on floor
25 squats
25 backwards lunges
20 each way band walk...front, back, r side, l side
20 triceps kick backs using tube with handles
20 bicep curls using tube with handles
20 rows in seated position around bottom of shoes
** when using tubes and bands please know they easily slip off shoes/feet and can cause harm.. Yep has happened to me a bunch!**
This set of three bands has a light, medium, and firm
This tube is the red which is the medium one...I use this one
