I do like yoga and I see huge benefits from yoga.
BUT yoga is not my main focus.
Yoga is like a bonus...if I get one day in a week then I'm super happy.
It's like a day off of the gym for me.
It helps me to become more flexible (which I am not naturally in the least).
It helps to clear my mind.
It helps with anxiety.
BUT It is not what has made me lean, fit, and muscley.
Running, clean eating, and lifting weights is what made me this way.
So today was my yoga day with This dvd ..I love how I feel after..and I love that pip joins me!
