Now time to bring in the big guns!!
One Month Challenge
1. Continue with no sugar added. No desserts, cookies, donuts, cake, candy.
2. Continue with no soda, tea, diet sodas, alcohol, juices etc. Allowed 6-8 ounces of black coffee. Drink 100 ounces plain tap water only.
3. Continue with no fast food or chips. That includes organic...remember a chip is still a chip.
4. Eat as many raw veggies as you would like. Can be steamed. Or raw. Corn is not a veggie.
5. Walk or run for 45 minutes per day. For 4 - 5 days. Treadmill or outside. You should be able to talk but you don't really feel like it. Add yoga, gardening, swimming on the other day if you would like.
6. Add lean meats...turkey, chicken, tuna, salmon...any fish is fine. All grilled nothing fried. Can use one teaspoon of olive or Grapeseed oil to sauté.
7. Add some fruits in the morning and afternoon only. None in the evening.
8. Start to follow This workout 2 days a week.
9. Yes you are going to be working out either 6 or 7 days a week...but it's only for an hour or a half hour.
