A day in the life....how I eat

This was me...out of shape, 25 years old....prior to running a block or lifting weights read here about when I started running....eating burritos, drinking Dr. pepper...zero water....no fruit no veggies....I did the elliptical only for maybe 20 minutes. Not bad but certainly not fit and healthy looking. (not to mention the horrible hair and dowdy clothes).


And this is now...15 years later. Age 40.

This is how I typically eat.....

I eat within 30 minutes of waking.
I eat the majority of my calories in the am...to get my day going on the right foot.

Ezekiel cinnamon bread 3 slices with cinnamon, Stevia raw, and 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold.
Then in about 3 hours I have a mid morning snack with a  LARABAR  and a banana.

Lunch is small for me as I workout in the afternoon...so I typically eat some Nuts CashewsRaw Walnuts Chobani....grapes, strawberries...

Post workout before dinner...smoothie with Almond milk, fresh organic blueberries, blackberries, strawberries...PB2  and Protein powder 1 scoop

Dinner one teaspoon Grapeseed oil with organic carrots, kale, spinach, baby greens, mushrooms....Tuna....or salmon and a sweet potato.

100 ounces of water with Dasani Liquid drops.

This is around 1350 calories...I eat between 1200-1400 everyday to maintain my weight. 
I do cardio/running 3x a week burning 400 cals per session. And I strength train 2x per week for an hour each session.
