Fit pregnancy

This was 1 day before I delivered my sweet Pipiri Bleau. I gained 43 pounds. I went from 121ish to 164 and she was 3 wks early. I worked out my entire pregnancy. The day before I delivered her I walked an hour on the treadmill. 

This was about a week after I gave birth. I weighed about 134. So that first week I lost 30 pounds. Pip weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces. I started walking post c-section within a few days...not far not fast but I walked. I pushed her in this...for about 3.5 years..until she outgrew it. When she was a baby still in her infant car seat I used this which was a life changer and allowed me to push her at a young age while still in her car seat. She mostly napped while I walked. On occasion I would stop and feed her in a park or on a bench. Then she would fall back to sleep and off we would go again. This was our routine for a very long time!!



This is now. 4.5 years later. I weigh about 121/122. I have about 15% body fat. And 105 pounds of lean muscle. It didn't happen over night...but it did happen.
