Kettle bell swings



Start with feet shoulder width apart.

Squat and bring kettlebell in front in between legs. 

Push hips forward while you swing kettlebell up and out.

Try for a set of 25 using a 15 - as heavy as you feel comfortable weight. I use either a 25 or a 30. 
3 sets total.
