Cardio

I beleive whole heartedly in doing cardio!!!

have to sweat!
I have to burn calories for fat loss!

Its a must for weight loss!

I do cardio 3x a week for an hour each session for weight maintenance.

When i wanted/needed to lose weight after having Pipiri i did cardio 6x a week for an hour or more. Yes it was a lot with a newborn. But losing weight made me a happier mom. Which in turn made me a better parent.

It did the trick and i was back to fighting weight in 4 months post delivery.

Whether you run on the treadmill.... Hike...do the ellipitical.. Just keep going!

Weight loss and fat loss take time.. But it can and will happen!
