30 minute full body workout


This is a 30 minute full body workout...we are going to put the exercise I showed you last week together for one great heart pumping full body workout!

Do it three times thru shooting for as many repetitions as you can using the heaviest weight you feel comfortable with...keeping form perfect!

Should take you 30 minutes...keep moving...don't stop..no breaks!
