Steps

I wear a pedometer from time to time to make sure I am being active enough.

Especially on days that are not my designated cardiovascular days.

While I know fit bits are the newest trend...I still prefer my old school pedometer....cheap and reliable.

I have this Pedometer. It clips to my pants. Monitors steps, calories, and mileage. It's super easy to use. Occasionally I will accidentally press the reset button and delete my steps...but I usually check thruout the day and have an idea of how many I had.

I put it on first thing in the am and don't take it off until the days over.

I shoot for no less than 10,000 steps a day and prefer 13,000.

Active bodies are fit ones!
